• Determine Budget

  If you are interested in obtaining our services, a realistic breakdown for the food and beverage portion of your party is approximately $100 per guest. This $100 includes $40 for food, $25 for beverage (full bar), $20 for staff, and $15 for rentals. This price does not include fees for the venue, decorations, flowers, entertainment, etc. Our team of specialists can help you adapt your budget to create your dream event.

• Number of guests

  Include the approximate number of guests as well as any specifics about the group. Will they need any special accommodations or considerations?

• Date and time of Event

  Choose the ideal time for your party. Consider the time of year, the weather, and the time of day.

• Location

  Consider the type of venue you will need, as well as the location, size, amenities and price. Be sure to arrange a site visit prior to your event.
