Options Caterers allows you to choose from a wide variety of food vendors. Leave the rest to us. Our pantry chefs will take care of the presentation and design while our servers wait on your guests. There are many different combinations of food presentations and serving methods. Our Event Information Specialist will discuss your best options with you. Remember to take dietary restrictions into consideration. Our servers are highly skilled at the following types of food service:

• Passed hors d'oeuvres

  These are intended as a quick snack prior to dinner, during receptions or cocktail parties. Hors d’oeuvres are easy to serve, easy to pick up, and delicious. They are complimented by our signature beverage service.

• Stationary hors d'oeuvres

  Designed to disperse hors d’oeuvres on buffet tables where guests arrive intermittently or mingle around. This option allows you to display varied options around the event space.

• Dinner Buffet

  The classic choice for any occasion! We can set up single stations or multiple buffets to offer a variety of menu choices.

• Seated Meal

  This is a popular choice for formal events. Choose between multi-course plated meals, a family style meal that allows your guests to serve themselves, or French service where the food is beautifully plated for you at your table.
